Warrenton, Roundtop here we come. Okay, here is the date's sorry short notice but like I said these last few weeks "not workin out for us".

SEPT. 22 - OCT. 2

Field after field of vendors, antiques to whatever else.

We will be in the Rose of Texas field

(now if you can't find us just ask anybody where "3rd Base" is and we are directly in the field across the street behind the resturant)

Now, 3rd Base!!! Well....that's a great place to people watch while you are drinkin a cold beer and listening to a great band.

I will try to post pics before we go and once we are there. Stop by our tent and say hi we would luv to see yall.

I'M BACK FOR NOW!

I'm back for the moment, sorry guys!

Okay, when I was MIA mom and I were fortunate enough to meet such a sweet person and she invited us to rummage thru her two barns and yes I mean BARNS real barns, so we did.

Now when I say junkers heaven "OMG"! We spotted the barns as we drove up the drive and we were smiling ear to ear with excitement.

We were calling dibs on stuff before we even thru the truck in park. (honestly I think the truck was still rolling when we jumped out with our flash lights and gloves, no kidding)

I think that was the best 3 hours ever and didn't reach it all!!!

Two truck loads (inside and out) later we decided to head home and you talk about two kids in a candy store we were beaming with joy and can not wait to go back soon.

I did take a few pics before we loaded and after loading, remember dark barn means dirty things.

I was having trouble posting my pics so I decided to tell you the story then post pics lil at a time, enjoy!!!

Okay, I mentioned I will be posting pics little at a time of our collection we are taken to Warrenton in Sept. so here is one antique chair we painted and reupholstered. We left the worn areas on the arm of the chair to keep it's character from it's past and it turned out wonderful. Oh, the petite chandelier turned out too cute!!!

Like I said we will be posting as we go so keep visiting the nest and see what we have.

We stay on the Blanco river each year which is soooooo peaceful and great for a family vacation.

This is what I got to see every time I looked out the window and sit under everyday, beautiful right! It gets better a few steps over is the river which is so quiet, smooth and COLD.
